So far so great. I have a lot of health issues and this has done wonders for me. I sleep better than I have in years. And it does make u have explosive BMs. I will definitely be reordering thisUpdate: No longer does anything for me. Was awesome while it worked.

Sleep was about 20% better than normal. Which is a lot for me. Had some minor dreams with 1 capsule.Didnt have any digestive issues with it, despite all the warnings online.I did have terrible dehydration though, have to load up on electrolytes while taking this.As for other effects, im uncertain so far. I started a couple of supplements, so it could be a combination. But the sleep i got was so restful i wasnt groggy at all in the morning.

I typically buy a certain brand of haritaki, they are always out of stock. So I've ended up trying several different brands. This is the first brand I'm satisfied with.
